A degradability result for one raw material does not establish that the whole formulation or package degrades as implied. A rinse-off formula, bottle, wipe, laboratory biodegradability result, home-compostability claim and aquatic-harm claim are separate evidence questions.
What to look for instead
Ask what was tested, by which method, under which conditions and at what result. Keep the tested item and customary disposal route explicit.
