Needs Context"Certified sustainable / vegan means better for the planet"
A valid vegan or other narrow certification verifies its stated criteria; it is not automatic evidence of a lower environmental footprint. A credible animal-origin claim and an unsupported environmental impression can coexist.
What to look for instead
Name the scheme, certificate holder, covered product or ingredient, validity and criteria. Explain the verified attribute instead of using a generic sustainability badge to imply more.
